Tea Time: Don't Skip Breakfast!

Did you know that more than 31 million Americans admit to not eating a proper breakfast in the morning? Skipping breakfast is bad for your health for a number of reasons, including eating a larger lunch or snacking on high calorie foods throughout the day to make up for it. Breakfast helps recharge the brain early in the morning and also starts your metabolism too. By doing so, you'll do things more efficiently in just about everything you do.
